Organization Description

IT Services Team&Support



·         Serves as a first line contact to get assistance and support with all IT services and facilities requests and offers the end-users the convenience of a single point of contact to manage and follow-up any IT service and facilities related  requests.
·         Keeps track of IT assets and record of all issued I.T. facilities to each Daman User and coordinate with the Finance Department in order to execute the transfer of accounts.
·         Ensure more secure IT operating and professional environment by establishing standard policies and procedures in support Daman employee’s job assigned responsibilities.

IT Infrastructure Team



·         Responsible in planning & designing adaptable physical infrastructure to maximize the effective space utilization of all Daman technology areas within the facility for future expansion or reconfiguration of Daman facilities.
·         Implementing Policies and Procedures to be able to maintain Daman’s  high standards, specifically with Information Technology and Information Security aspect.
·         Day to day operation monitoring.
·         Infrastructure and system maintenance support.
IT Applications



·         Design, analysis and development of the light applications according to the business requirements
·         Management, integration and administration of the applications
·         Identification and resolution of potential malfunctions of applications
·         Change and Release Management of Mednext and Documentum
·         Second level support for Mednext and Documentum
·         Second and third level support for in-house applications
·         Report management
·         Contribution to quality improvement of IT processes at Daman
